Logistics centre Buchholz

CONCEPTA realised its only project in the area of logistics to date in Buchholz, to the south of Hamburg. A state-of-the-art logistics property with around 20,000 m2 of warehousing space and approximately 2,000 m2 of office space was developed on a 40,000 m² site at the Trelder Berg business park close to the A1 autobahn for the Hamburg company Arrivo Logistik AG, which provides logistics services in particular for global branded goods producers in the area of consumer goods.
