CONCEPTA was founded in 2003 in Düsseldorf by Björn Isenhöfer, Thomas Koerver and Andreas Martin, all of whom have many years of experience as successful initiators of complex real estate projects. The company is involved in mixed-use commercial property and city quarter development projects throughout Germany. It made a name for itself with its inner-city shopping arcades for medium-sized cities, and it is also a successful office and hotel developer. 

In 2017 CONCEPTA began providing asset management services to institutional investors with core+ and value-add strategies. CONCEPTA offers its partners a comprehensive portfolio of services for real estate refurbishment and repositioning, particularly retail and mixed-use properties.

CONCEPTA has a strong and motivated team. Many of its employees are real estate specialists who have been with the company for years. We also have an interdisciplinary mix of commercial employees, architects, construction engineers and legal experts. They all share the same commitment to service excellence, transparent working methods and unwavering focus on project success.

Thomas Koerver is a Managing Partner of CONCEPTA. He focuses on project design and construction management.

Björn Isenhöfer is a Managing Partner of CONCEPTA. He focuses on project acquisition, design and sales, and is responsible for capital and financing partnerships.

Andreas Martin is a Managing Partner of CONCEPTA. He focuses on project acquisition, design and letting, and is responsible for asset management.
