Reschop Carré Hattingen
Reschop Carré in Hattingen is not a shopping centre in the traditional sense, but rather a district development comprising multiple business premises grouped around a newly created town square. The newly developed property designed by the architecture firm Chapman Taylor and located on the former site of a bus station and multi-storey car park benefits from its favourable location at the start of a picturesque pedestrian zone and adjacent to the new bus station and the busy L651 road. The approximately 30 stores comprise a diverse mix of industries, with a particularly important role being played by the three anchor tenants Saturn, H&M and C&A as well as food service businesses. Footfall is additionally generated by the new municipal library and the doctors’ surgery on the first floor.
A CONCEPTA and Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG joint venture project.
