As part of a small award ceremony at the booth of the German Society for Sustainable Building at Expo Real 2021 in Munich, the me and all hotel developed by the Düsseldorf based property developer and asset manager CONCEPTA in the Oberkassel district was awarded the DGNB certificate in silver.

“We are pleased that with the certification of our hotel we have made a small but important contribution to the endeavors of the commercial real estate industry for more sustainability in project development,” said Dr. Björn Isenhöfer, managing partner of CONCEPTA, who received the certificate together with Dr. Thorsten Huff, Head of Sustainability at CBRE, who carried out the auditing.
