But how can a prospective tenant get a clear idea of what can be done with the aging office space? Quite simply, you convert part of the office area to reflect a modern concept.

What sounds simple is actually quite complex. The floors are laid with high-quality carpet and vinyl. The lighting and ceiling meet the latest requirements in terms of functionality and design. Rooms are air-conditioned with discreet technology. The sanitary areas are modern and clean. Closed walls are replaced by transparent glass fronts.

The finishing touch is the modern furniture in the marketing lounge. It is timeless and elegant. A large picture showing the view of the cathedral from the planned terrace is an eye-catcher. Presentations can be shown on the large conference table with a screen. After all, this is where the contract with interested tenants will be signed.
