Just before the Christmas break, we achieved several key milestones in the development of our “Restaurant Corner” concept. The Karadag Group, which already operates a highly successful premium Turkish supermarket within Quincy, will be launching a high-end doner restaurant facing the pedestrian zone. Karadag’s doner kebabs are already a local favorite within the supermarket and are widely considered the best in Cologne. This popular offering is now being expanded into a full-scale restaurant.

In addition, we are pleased to announce that the contract with “Pommes Freunde” was signed shortly before the end of the year. Their successful concept will feature a dual-access layout, with a direct entrance from the pedestrian zone as well as an open, inviting storefront facing the mall interior.

These signings mark the first “jewels in the crown” of our new “Restaurant Corner.”
