As part of the comprehensive realignment of all office spaces in the QUINCY inner-city district, the foyer was also completely modernized as the central access and reception area for office tenants. The goal was to create a representative, high-quality, and functional entrance area that reflects the design quality of the newly conceived office spaces while simultaneously serving as an architectural eye-catcher.

In close cooperation with the commissioned architects, a modern and sophisticated design concept was developed and implemented. A special highlight is the illuminated, mirror-polished stainless steel design of the new ceiling cladding in a champagne shade. Due to the mirror finish, in combination with the also newly designed lighting concept, an impressive interplay of light, reflection, and spatial effect is created, giving the foyer a high quality of stay and recognition.

For the targeted staging of the room, customized LED stripes were integrated into both the floor and the wall surfaces. These set architectural accents, support wayfinding, and underline the modern design language of the foyer.

Furthermore, all floor and wall surfaces were completely redesigned. A high-quality concrete design was chosen for the flooring, which consistently complements the contemporary design and gives the room a clear, urban look.

With the modernization of the foyer, a central reception area has been created that meets the high functional and design requirements of modern office use and conveys a positive first impression for tenants and visitors.
