The rear facade facing onto BelsenPark was nearing completion in the summer of 2019, providing insights into the curved structure, and now the brickwork on the facade facing Hansaallee is making excellent progress. When the lease agreement for the 400 sqm restaurant at the top of the hotel was signed today, Düsseldorf-based property developer CONCEPTA was delighted to announce the full occupancy of the development. The tenant, successful regional restaurant chain Mezzomar, already has a restaurant in Düsseldorf’s Classic Remise. It treats guests to modern Mediterranean cuisine, with freshly prepared products at fair prices, and menus extending from breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea/coffee to dinner.
