Düsseldorf-based property developer and asset manager CONCEPTA and BNS Real Estate Capital from Hamburg have sold StadtQuartier Overbergplatz to a Bavarian family office in an off-market transaction.

StadtQuartier Overbergplatz is an inner-city, openly accessible building ensemble with a rental area of ​​around 8,000 sqm spread over retail space, restaurants and office space. The property also has the largest underground car park in the city with 160 parking spaces. The tenants include H&M, dm, Reno, ONLY, Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Mediterranean restaurant chain Mezzomar, clever-fit gym, BARMER health insurance company and the diocese of Münster.

The property successfully opened in March 2018 after a development phase of around ten years and has since been a vibrant meeting place for Dülmen citizens and guests from abroad. “We are now very happy to hand over a well-established and almost fully let urban quarter to its new owner, a long-term orientated trustful family office,” said Dr Björn Isenhöfer, managing partner of CONCEPTA, about the transaction, which was legally supported by Rotthege Wassermann on the seller side.

Dülmen is located in the district of Coesfeld in North Rhine-Westphalia between Münster and the Ruhr area and has around 47,000 inhabitants. The city has a strong medium-sized economic structure and an above-average purchasing power index.
