At QUINCY on Breite Straße in Cologne, interior work has begun on a 3,500 m² rental space on the second floor. The space has been let to IU International University and will house modern seminar rooms, offices, and study areas in the future.

With the start of the expansion work, QUINCY is taking another step in its development as a mixed-use quarter combining office, retail, medical and educational uses.

The expansion of the IU space complements the existing use of the building, which already comprises around 17,000 m² of retail space, 10,000 m² of residential space, 2.200 m² of medical space and 9,400 m² of office space.

With the integration of educational use, QUINCY is strengthening its position as a lively and diverse inner-city quarter in Cologne.
