Düsseldorf-based property development company CONCEPTA has let every single unit in StadtQuartier Overbergplatz in Dülmen.Large-unit tenants H&M, dm, CCC and the Mezzomar restaurant have now been joined by the final tenant, Kim Nails. Andreas Martin, the person responsible for letting out the CityQuarter commented: “Kim Nails is the perfect addition. We want this to be a place where you can shop for fashions and indulge yourself. There’s a big Cleverfit gym, a hairdresser and now a stylish nail studio.”
