The Dusseldorf project developer and asset manager CONCEPTA has appointed Michael Kobs as authorized signatory. In his function as Senior Investment Manager, he has been responsible for purchasing and sales processes for over 1.5 years.  He also supports management in the context of business development for the dynamically growing asset management sector.

Before moving to CONCEPTA the graduate geographer and real estate economist IRE | BS worked for years in investment departments of leading international estate agents and consultancy firms and was responsible for an investment volume of 5 Mrd. euros during this time.
