Düsseldorf based project developer and asset manager CONCEPTA has hired Jan Samans as senior asset manager. In his new role, Mr. Samans supports the management in the further development and expansion of the asset management division. In particular, he is operationally responsible for the ongoing, comprehensive refurbishment of the mixed-use QUNICY quarter in Cologne’s Breite Strasse, which CONCEPTA is implementing in a joint venture with Tristan Capital Partners.

The business graduate and retail real estate economist IRE|BS worked for many years as a center and asset manager at leading German real estate companies before moving to CONCEPTA and also has professional experience in food retailing and e-commerce.
