Today, on 8 October 2019, the Managing Partners of CONCEPTA Björn Isenhöfer and Andreas Martin, as well as Duisburg’s mayor Sören Link, presented the new GreenView office development at the Expo Real property and investment fair in Munich.
GreenView is being built in the southern Duisburg district of Huckingen on the border to Düsseldorf. The location has excellent public transport links via an own underground/suburban rail station Kesselberg, the A59/A524 motorway intersection is just a 3 minutes by car, and Düsseldorf International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
The new and modern office building has four full storeys and a penthouse level framing a green inner courtyard. The building’s prestigious location on the corner of Düsseldorfer Landstraße is emphasised by the ‘window’ into the green courtyard. The generously dimensioned glass frontage spanning four floors provides a glimpse into the beautifully designed green courtyard with copse and stream. The courtyard will be a space for communication, recreation and well-being for the office staff and visitors. “The GreenView project is an excellent example of an urban development that combines design, transparency and nature into a modern work environment.”
The office building will have units to let of between 200 and 1,000 sqm in size, depending on the tenant’s requirements, on each floor. Its flexible design enables users to realise individual space concepts, from open-plan to hybrid and traditional office. A broadband internet connection and modern CAT-7 cabling are installed as standard. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light to enter the generously dimensioned offices. The property will be ready for occupation in 2022.
