CONCEPTA sells me and all Hotel Düsseldorf to Ampega

Düsseldorf based developer and asset manager CONCEPTA and BNS Real Estate Capital from Hamburg have sold me and all Hotel in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel, which was developed in a joint venture, to Ampega Investment. Ampega, a subsidiary of Talanx based in Cologne, acted for companies of HDI Deutschland AG in a forward deal.

The hotel designed by AJF Architekten has 249 rooms and an underground car park with 76 parking spaces and was officially opened at the end of April. It is located in Düsseldorf’s sought-after Oberkassel district, whose charm and excellent accessibility make the location the perfect choice for business and city travellers alike. The ground floor, which also features co-working spaces and a barber shop, is also home to an approximately 400 sqm Mediterranean restaurant, which has already been successfully operated by the regional restaurant group Mezzomar since October 2021.

The property was awarded a DGNB silver certificate by the German Council for Sustainable Building.

“We are very happy to have now handed over our first hotel project, albeit delayed due to corona, into the responsible hands of the long-term investor Ampega, whom we would like to thank most sincerely for the ever trusting cooperation during the handling of the transaction,” says Dr Björn Isenhöfer, managing partner of CONCEPTA.

Djam Mohebbi-Ahari, managing director of Ampega Investment GmbH, commented: “After the delay, we are now delighted about the opening of the hotel. The successful completion of the transaction has enabled us to both rejuvenate and further expand our portfolio.”

The transaction was advised by Hogan Lovells on the seller’s side and by GÖRG on the buyer’s side.
