Concept ideas sometimes have a way of looking very attractive on paper but failing to be implemented. It is a different story with our plans to realize the “Restaurant Corner” at Quincy. Here, an idea from the summer of 2024 has become a reality. Chocolate Dream was the final new provider to sign a lease at Quincy, completing the string of pearls. The goal was to strengthen the gastronomic expertise and make the Quincy location more attractive overall. This has now been achieved. Like pearls on a string, Cafébar Alfredo, Café Nova, Pommes Freunde, Chocolate Dream, Premium Döner Karadag, Maison Du Pain, and Subway are lined up together. By spring 2026, all providers will be up and running. Et voilà: here, a concept idea became reality in a short amount of time.
