As part of the ongoing development of the QUINCY Quarter in Cologne’s Breite Straße, a new medical center is planned. Approximately 2,200 m² on the first floor, previously used for retail, will be transformed into modern spaces for medical practices and healthcare services. The integration of this medical facility will strategically expand the range of uses at QUINCY, complementing the existing retail, office, and residential spaces. This will create another key element for a vibrant and diverse inner-city quarter that optimally combines retail, office, residential, and healthcare. CONCEPTA Projektentwicklung GmbH, the asset manager responsible for the QUINCY transformation, is overseeing the planning and implementation of the project and ensuring a high-quality, future-oriented design for the new healthcare center.
