Today, on 8 October 2019, the Managing Partners of CONCEPTA Bj\u00f6rn Isenh\u00f6fer and Andreas Martin, as well as Duisburg\u2019s mayor S\u00f6ren Link, presented the new GreenView office development at the Expo Real property and investment fair in Munich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GreenView is being built in the southern Duisburg district of Huckingen on the border to D\u00fcsseldorf. The location has excellent public transport links via an own underground\/suburban rail station Kesselberg, the A59\/A524 motorway intersection is just a 3 minutes by car, and D\u00fcsseldorf International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new and modern office building has four full storeys and a penthouse level framing a green inner courtyard.
