V.) at the QUINCY complex in Cologne. The transaction was facilitated by BNP Paribas Real Estate\u2019s Office Advisory team acting as the lead broker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association intends to utilize the space in Cologne\u2019s city center for its own operations as well as for its subsidiaries. With approximately 140 employees, the organization is expected to relocate from its current premises at Kattenbug 1 to Breite Stra\u00dfe 80\u201390 in the third quarter of 2026.
