Of course, we have created some great visualizations. But how can a prospective tenant get a clear idea of what can be done with the aging office space? Quite simply, you convert part of the office area to reflect a modern concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What sounds simple is actually quite complex. The floors are laid with high-quality carpet and vinyl. The lighting and ceiling meet the latest requirements in terms of functionality and design. Rooms are air-conditioned with discreet technology. The sanitary areas are modern and clean. Closed walls are replaced by transparent glass fronts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The finishing touch is the modern furniture in the marketing lounge. It is timeless and elegant. A large picture showing the view of the cathedral from the planned terrace is an eye-catcher. Presentations can be shown on the large conference table with a screen.
